Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SecurityKing account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and mounting hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
